Of those trained, 25 secured employment in food service roles, while 3 found jobs in patient care. Additionally, 16 participants pursued higher studies, and 6 opted not to join the workforce. The program aimed to equip individuals with industry-specific skills, enhancing their employability.
The KEEP Trying Workshop was organized in May 2025 to support individuals with prior experience in entering the workforce. After gathering data on interested candidates, Nikunj facilitated the workshop, designed to equip participants with essential skills for retail roles. The workshop, based on the training manual and primer, aimed to ensure participants were well-prepared for the specific demands of the retail industry. The program focused on enhancing the skills needed for successful employment in retail.
